The five-minute “stroll through the most famous places in France” was inspired by musicals
Inspired by iconic musicals, the video takes in scenes at the Opera Garnier in Paris, the gardens of the Palace of Versailles, The Louvre, Hotel Martinez in Cannes and the vineyards of Provence. The video closes with a wide shot revealing Air France crew members on a viewing platform at a sparkling Eiffel Tower.
The video is now being shown on long-haul flights, and takes into account “all the latest regulatory changes in force” as well as different aircraft and cabin layouts, according to the carrier.
The video was developed in partnership with France’s tourism development agency Atout France, along with the carrier’s new communications agency Aura by Omnicom.
“With this new video, we are showcasing the best France has to offer in an emotionally engaging way,” commented Catherine Villar, SVP customer experience Air France. “All our teams here at Air France are ready to welcome our customers and highlight this French lifestyle, which is so dear to us, as soon as they board our flights. We can’t wait to reopen the skies, flight after flight, with safety as our absolute and constant priority.”
